The retroparticles mix can be used to transduce target cells with a ProLabel-tagged housekeeping gene. Target cell death in a cytotoxicity assay will release ProLabel to the media, where EA contained in the detection reagent will produce EFC signal. These retroparticles ship as 4 vials of cryopreserved retroparticles.
